This document discloses the privacy practices between the User (“you” “your” “yours”) and Ridj-it, LLC., a Massachusetts Limited Liability Company with its principal place of business at 58 Libby Avenue, Reading, MA 01867 (“Ridj-it” and “we” “our” “us”), and relates to www.Ridj-it.com, the Website owned and operated by Ridj-it (the "Website"), as well as any mobile application and other Services, which may be made available at any point in the future, developed, owned, controlled, managed, maintained, hosted, licensed and/or designed by Ridj-it or its affiliates to run on personal computers, smartphones, tablet computers and/or other devices, through which the Ridj-it’s Services are made available (collectively, referred to as the “Services”).
As part of the normal operation of Ridj-it’s Website or Services, we collect and, in some cases, disclose information about you. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect about you, how Ridj-it may use such information, and what may happen to that information. By accepting the User’s Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”), you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the terms of the Agreement, as updated/amended from time to time, available at on the Ridj-it website under Terms & Conditions.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Website and Services, including without limitation, You, other Users, our Merchant Processor, merchants, information and other materials or services on the Website.
Information We Collect
Your Registration Information. To fully use the Services, you will need to register using our online registration form, where you will be required to provide us with your contact information and certain other personal information, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, government issued identification, and at least one valid credit card or information related to any other payment method accepted by Ridj-it.
Your Usage of Our Website. We automatically track certain information about you based upon your use of our Website. We use this information to conduct internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand and serve our users. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis. This information may include but is not limited to the URL that you just came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using, and your IP address.
Information collected by Cookies. Ridj-it uses cookies on the Website to improve the quality of the Website and Services to you. A cookie is a small text file on your computer which a website sends to your computer to allow the website to store information which uniquely identifies Ridj-it’s users. Ridj-it's cookies do not collect or store personally identifiable information. Rather, the cookie stores a token which uniquely identifies a particular user at a particular time. That token is then linked to the user information in Ridj-it’s secured databases. You can always delete the cookies and reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to display a message when a cookie is being sent. If you reset your browser, some of the Site features and functionality may not be available to you and you may not be able to take advantage of all the features on the Site.
Do Not Track. Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. DNT is a way for users to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or online services. Ridj-it is committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected on the Ridj-it Site for third party purposes, and that is why Ridj-it provides the opt-out links below. However, Ridj-it does not recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals, as the Internet industry is currently still working toward defining exactly what DNT means, what it means to comply with DNT, and a common approach to responding to DNT.

Billing Information. In order for our Merchant Processer to process payments related to your use of the Services, we collect your billing information, including credit card number and credit card expiration date, or other billing information related to any other payment method accepted by the Merchant Processor.
Geographic Location. Information regarding your geographic location may be collected when you access the Services. If you are traveling in a vehicle requested via the Services, the other Users and/or your mobile device will send your GPS coordinates to Ridj-it during the ride. This information is collected for different purposes, including but not limited to, providing you with support, providing trip specific information to Ridj-it and or the other Users, sending you promotions and offers, and for quality control, dispute resolution and other internal purposes of Ridj-it.
Our Use of Your Information
Promotional Use. We use personal information about you to enhance our marketing and promotional efforts, and to improve our content and services. We may also use your information to deliver to you advertisements, new services and promotions, and other information to you that is targeted to your interests. You can unsubscribe from receiving this information by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the communications.
Administrative Notices. We use your email address and/or phone number to contact you regarding administrative notices and communications relevant to your use of the Ridj-it’s Website and Services. As a condition of the use of our services, you cannot unsubscribe from receiving such information.
Dispute Resolution. We use information in the file we maintain about you, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Website and Services, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce the Agreement.
Billing Information. Ridj-it requires you to set up or use an existing account with our Merchant Processor which may require information such as your social security number date of birth, bank account information, credit card information and/or other proof of identification in order to verify your identity and provide this service to you. Credit card information on an account may be stored and used for both billing and payment purposes.
Ridj-it’s shopping cart and merchant gateway is powered by PayPal, Inc. based in California. The company’s ecommerce platform is PCI compliant adhering to standards and protocols for building and maintaining secure networks for financial transactions. Our Disclosure to Third Parties
We use practices that are consistent with standards in our industry to protect your privacy. We cannot, however, promise that your personally identifiable information or private communications will remain private. We do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. The following describes some of the ways that your personally identifiable information may be disclosed.

Advertisers. We disclose aggregate information about our users to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes. However, we do not disclose any personally identifying information to any of these entities.
Third Parties. In connection with using Ridj-it Website and Ridj-it Services, your personal information may be provided to independent third parties including but not limited to other Users, our service providers, and our Merchant Processor. Such information may include your geolocation, your name, phone number, photograph and billing information.
No Spam. Ridj-it and our users do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to send Ridj-it, its licensors, subsidiaries, affiliates, independent contractors, and/or third party providers unsolicited e-mail or physical mail without their express consent after adequate disclosure.
Changes to Privacy Policy
Ridj-it reserves the right at any time to make changes, modifications, alterations and/or additions to this Privacy Policy with or without notice. Ridj-it may notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy by providing you with notice of such changes at your email address that you provided the Ridj-it Services as your primary contact information, or through the Ridj-it Services when you access the same.
